1. Nature of Service & Community-Curated Content

HaloPrompt is an educational and creative discovery directory designed to help creators explore prompt engineering techniques for generative artificial intelligence models (such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, DALL-E, Bing Copilot, Leonardo AI, and Stable Diffusion).

The prompt parameters and sample reference previews available on HaloPrompt are aggregated and curated from publicly accessible domain resources, community contributions, and open generative AI platforms solely for illustrative, comparative, and transformative educational purposes under fair-use principles.

2. DMCA & Copyright Takedown Policy

We respect intellectual property rights. We do not claim ownership of third-party public AI artwork or prompt strings created by independent community artists.

If you are a copyright holder or creator and believe that any sample artwork, reference image, or prompt on HaloPrompt infringes upon your copyright or was indexed in error, please contact us immediately for swift removal.

To submit a Takedown Request:
📧 Send an email to write.kmtstudio@gmail.com with the subject line "Content Takedown Request" including the prompt title, image URL, and proof of ownership. We will review and permanently remove the specified content within 24 to 48 hours.

3. Third-Party Non-Affiliation Disclaimer

HaloPrompt is an independent mobile application developed by KMT Studio. HaloPrompt is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with OpenAI (ChatGPT, DALL-E), Midjourney Inc., Microsoft Corporation (Bing), Google LLC (Gemini), or Stability AI.

All related names, marks, emblems, and images are registered trademarks of their respective owners and are used strictly for nominative and descriptive compatibility purposes.

4. Output Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Because third-party generative AI models continuously update their algorithms, neural weights, and safety filters, HaloPrompt cannot guarantee that executing a prompt will produce identical results to reference previews. You agree that your use of third-party AI generation tools is subject to those platforms' respective terms and guidelines.
