HaloPrompt (operated by KMT Studio) respects the intellectual property rights of creators, artists, and copyright holders. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512, "DMCA") and international copyright standards.

1. Nature of Platform & AI Content

HaloPrompt is a prompt engineering and creative discovery library designed to assist users in crafting effective prompts for generative AI systems (such as Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, and Bing Image Creator).

The prompt texts and reference sample images displayed on HaloPrompt are aggregated from open generative AI communities and user submissions for educational and illustrative purposes. HaloPrompt does not claim ownership of independent third-party trademarks, copyrighted characters, or original art styles.

2. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that content indexed on HaloPrompt infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a formal notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Designated Agent with the following information in writing:

• Identification of Copyrighted Work: A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• Location of Infringing Material: The exact prompt title, prompt ID, or direct URL of the material on our service.
• Your Contact Information: Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• Accuracy & Authorization Statement: A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.

3. Designated DMCA Agent & Response Time

Please send formal DMCA takedown requests directly to our designated copyright agent:

Upon receiving a valid notice containing all required statutory elements, our legal team will investigate and take expeditious action, typically removing or disabling access to the infringing material within 24 to 48 hours.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If content you submitted has been removed as a result of a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification (e.g., you own the rights or have a valid license/fair-use defense), you may send a written Counter-Notification to our Designated Agent.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, HaloPrompt has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users or contributors who are deemed to be repeat copyright infringers.
